What She Does for AMA Richmond:
“Margaret Roller has assisted the chapter since the summer with a revamp of the annual member survey. Our survey hadn’t been updated in several years, and the response rate was dismal. Since this is an important element in an effort to better receive and respond to member feedback, we needed to ensure a more user friendly and effective survey. Margaret gave us a lot of time and lent her expertise into redesigning our survey, and was instrumental in its success. Our response rate increased by 15% with her help and the insight we gained has been invaluable.” Kourtney Ennis
