Talita is a results-oriented Project Manager adept at quantifying clients’ objectives and driving bottom-line impact. Currently, she holds the position of Project Manager at Mellonaid, a full-service analytics and creative agency.
Talita has called four countries “home” and has relocated 24 times, but she has finally settled in the Greater Richmond Area with her husband and two children. These frequent moves have taught her adaptability, which she leverages to drive Agile Project Management solutions and bring cross-functional teams together.
They’ve also taught her the value of finding your “tribe.” She firmly believes that we all have a story to share regardless of where we are from, what culture we were raised in, or what has led us to this point – there is something unique and valuable that only you can give to the world.
