Parker Plaisted is an accomplished marketing leader with over 25 years of experience in marketing management and product management roles. He has a growth-marketing mindset with an omnichannel perspective and has been recognized for delivering business results. He is a firm believer of “differentiate or die in the market” as a guiding principle for marketing.
Parker began his career in engineering and technical consulting roles where he developed strong analytical and problem-solving skills. As a well-trained physicist, he made the pivot into marketing management with an MBA degree in 2001.
In addition to his professional work, Parker is active in Richmond’s marketing and creative community and enjoys supporting initiatives that foster collaboration, mentorship, and professional development.
Parker holds an MBA from Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management, a MS degree from the Rochester Institute of Technology, and a BS degree from Washington and Lee University.
