As VP of Marketing for Worksite Labs, Caitlin drives strategies that support the overall goals and objectives of the company as well as manages a team responsible for delivering brand and advertising campaigns. Prior to Worksite Labs, she worked at Dotted Line where she managed a portfolio of the agency’s largest accounts, and in television production at Discovery Communications. Caitlin has an undergraduate degree from James Madison University where she studied video editing. On the weekends, she loves to hike in the mountains with her husband, Pat and their two dogs Leo and Max.
