The Newseum, located between the White House and the U.S. Capitol on historic Pennsylvania Ave., welcomes more than 800,000 visitors each year. Six floors with more than a dozen galleries feature historic artifacts, Pulitzer Prize-winning photographs, interactive exhibits, a 4-D theater and much more, that allow guests to relive historic moments through the eyes of the media. In his presentation, Scott Williams, Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing, will spotlight marketing tactics that worked (and a few that didn’t) when trying to encourage people to visit this award-winning attraction. Topics covered will include sales, social and online marketing, traditional marketing and public relations.
